Natalie Higgins, most popularly known as @wonderwoman905 on social media, is a Toronto-based mother of two whose unique cosplay journey started about 5 years ago at the Toronto Fan Expo convention. Discovering the atmosphere and attendees in cosplay was like unearthing a whole new world for her - one she felt compelled to explore. So far @Wonderwoman895 has had the time of her life meeting so many new people who have the same interests as her in the crazy cosplay world. When not cosplaying she is a tax accountant and also owns a photography business named Logan’s Photography. The joy of making people happy in her studio or in cosplay is what makes Natalie Higgins know that she is doing her job right.
Natalie Higgins chose to cosplay Wonder Woman because she fights for love and justice and as a black strong woman she loves showing little black girls and everyone else in this world that they have the power to be anything we want to be. Starfire, Hela, Black Canary, Supergirl, Phoenix, Princess Leia, Darth Vader and Cobra Commander from G.I. Joe are just a few characters she has also cosplayed. She hopes to travel to other conventions around the world and meet others she has admired from afar. @Wonderwoman905 finds the cosplay community inspiring; it allows people to push their imagination and creativity to the next level with all the encouragement and great talent out there. For Natalie Higgins the most important part is to always have fun and make cosplay memories that will last forever.
